Your account and shared space
The app stores your email, display name, chosen focus, moments, rituals, and membership in a couple space. Members of the same space can see its shared moments and rituals. Joining a space is an explicit choice.
Snapshots and Ava
Snapshot answers and generated plans are stored to keep the plan available. When AI suggestions are enabled, your answers and relationship context may be sent to OpenAI to adapt guidance. Avoid names, contact details, or sensitive information in free-text answers. The email delivery service receives the address and plan when you request a copy.
This browser
Session cookies keep you signed in. The snapshot keeps an unfinished draft in this tab’s session storage so you can return after a refresh. “Start again” clears the visible draft. This does not delete a plan already submitted to the server.
Payments and product analytics
When you choose a subscription, Stripe handles payment details and returns billing status to the app. If product analytics are configured, PostHog receives usage events such as page views and completed actions.
Account controls
Account lets you update your details, download the data you can access, or delete your account after confirming your password. Shared moments may remain available to your partner without your account attached. A shared subscription must be cancelled before account deletion. Backup retention, the service operator, and support arrangements still need to be confirmed before public launch.
